Great facilities and service, clean and modern amenities, and convenient location close to attractions. During our weekend stay, we enjoyed the modern amenities and prompt service provided by the hotel staff. The rooms were clean and bright and offered great amenities such as a coffee machine and ironing board. The location was also a plus, as it was close to attractions and activities such as water parks and wineries. Additionally, the breakfast buffet and dinner options provided a wide variety of choices and were delicious. While we enjoyed our stay, we did find that the bathroom floors were extremely slippery, which could be a hazard for older guests. Additionally, we noticed a few areas of the hotel that could have been better maintained. However, these were minor issues and did not significantly impact our overall experience.

Great location near attractions & restaurants. Enjoyed the pool and clean rooms with free Wi-Fi. The on-site gym was well-equipped for a small workout.
The staff was unhelpful and often rude, especially at the pool. The food was of poor quality and the breakfast lacked any fresh fruits.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for relaxation, right beside a moderate-sized water park, and only about 300 meters away from the beach. The hotel offers great service, with room amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and there are plenty of leisure options, including a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The sun terrace and garden area were perfect for lounging, and the hotel also had free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception.

The rooms could use some improvement as they lack proper furniture like chairs at the desk, and the bed and pillow quality is poor.
